For the detail-lovers
Light strength: 30 mW/cm²
This reads “30 milliwatts per square centimetre.” A milliwatt is a tiny unit of power (a thousandth of a watt), and “per square centimetre” means it’s spread evenly over every bit of skin the mask touches. In plain terms: every square centimetre of your face receives a steady 30 milliwatts of light the whole time the mask is on. That’s the tap. It’s strong enough to reach the deeper layers of skin where it does its work, and gentle enough for regular home use. Because the mask sits directly against your face, none of that strength is lost between the LEDs and your skin.
Light colours: Red 630 nm and Near-Infrared 830 nm
“nm” is nanometres, the unit used to describe the colour of light. Different colours reach different depths. Red light (630 nm) works on the surface, helping with tone, texture, and calming redness. Near-infrared (830 nm) is invisible to the eye and travels deeper, supporting collagen and skin repair. In Red mode both switch on together, so you get surface and deep-level benefits in one session. The 30 mW/cm² figure is the combined strength of both.
Dose per session: about 18 J/cm² in 10 minutes
This reads “18 joules per square centimetre.” A joule is a unit of energy, and this number is the total amount of light energy each square centimetre of skin has received by the end of a session. That’s the bucket. Strength × time = dose: 30 milliwatts, running for 10 minutes, delivers roughly 18 joules, comfortably within the range shown to benefit skin.
How to use +
Before: Cleanse your skin thoroughly (the Green Tea Balm + Aloe Gel is perfect prep). Skin should be dry and product-free before treatment. If any product is used with the mask, we highly advise that it is very lightweigHt in order for the light to penetrate deep into the skin.
During: Select your LED mode, put on the mask and relax for 10-20 minutes.
After: Follow with your skincare routine
Frequency: 3–5 sessions per week. Consistent use for 4+ weeks delivers the best results.
What to expect +
Week 1–2: Skin feels smoother and looks more even. Breakouts may reduce in frequency.
Week 3–4: Noticeable improvements in skin texture and firmness. Dark spots begin to lighten with continued use of green mode.
Week 6–8: Significant reduction in fine lines (red mode users). Acne frequency dramatically reduced (blue mode users). Skin appears visibly more radiant overall.
Results are cumulative — the longer and more consistently you use it, the more dramatic the improvement.
